Competition
There is only one main usability company in Scotland; User Vision. This is actually a plus because it shows how much more unique our group is a smaller company. It also means that there is only one serious competitor in our region.
Infinity
Our company is called Infinity. After considering several ideas, we decided to start a usability business which will test media such as websites, games and other services to make sure they are accessible and functional for the target users. Our business will work closely with larger usability companies, getting the excess work they cannot cope with. Our logo is this symbol:
What makes us different
The main attraction to our company is that it is the only small sized usability firm; therefore we will appeal to local companies who do not have access to large usability companies, providing a more personal service. It also means we can work together with larger companies to completely manage our customers.

Our Market
We think our target market could be larger usability companies who find themselves having to turn away smaller workloads because they have to focus on their larger customers. Our idea is that we could complete these small tasks for them and take a commission of the cost. We also think our business can be successful in its own right by appealing to small local business owners with existing websites. There is a high demand for usability testing because of the large amount of complicated and confusing media out there
